The Coughlins Crossing project consists of nearly 70 acres. The project features a wide variety of use types, including multi family, hospitality, retail, and office. It was in development for two years before i took over the design work. My primary responsibilities were to develop individual parcels and produce marketing material for potential clients / buyers.
