The Lake Norman project is a 150,000 Sqft regional hospital located in north Carolinas Lake Norman region. The project is located on a green field site and consists of a large diagnostic podium and a 5 story bed tower. The design allows for easy expansion in the future up to 500,000 Sqft. The project was a TVD process and focused heavily on pre-fab. We took a holistic approach to the design by attempting to integrate exterior, interior, and landscape design seamlessly. My responsibilities on the project included site, massing, layout, facade design, color and material selection, landscape design, and construction details
