Oak and 18th is a multi family and retail project located in Columbus. It was developed in conjunction with metropolitan holdings. It consists of 4 floors, roughly 120 units, 3000 sqft of retail/restaurant, and structured parking to accommodate. I was responsible for designing both the interior and exterior. I worked on the project from initial concept to zoning approval. The project went through multi design iterations. This was done to downplay the overall scale and appease local neighbors.
